Scheduling In my post Tweet your Spendings I mentioned how to manage your expenses and keep a good track of them. Paying bills is also part of that procedure , it requires management and planning. So I will show you a web based tool that can help you do that.
BillQ does the following :
- Adds your bill name and amount.
- Schedules the due date.
- Reminds you by email or sms.
- Reports summary as a graph , data can be exported too.
The good thing which I found about it : its a mix of a to-do and finance tool .

Twitter How often do you need to post tweets in Twitter for your community ? What If you were not available ?
To get effective results , you need to plan everything in advance. Probably using automation tools is a very good idea.
Twitmessenger is Twitter scheduling tool I found today which is in my opinion simple and useful .
It lets you write your tweets and save them for up to 2 days (48 hours) to be scheduled for posting.

On my post Twitter to follow or not ! I said that Twitter is a great new tool that is being used nowadays by many companies to build relationships with their customers. So in another word its a social tool that you can use to build your Brand. Cotweet is a company who knew this concept and built their business on it. Their product is still new (beta) and being tested by many companies. How ever it has many good characteristics :
- User friendly platform .
- Multiple users can engage at the same time.
- Built-in tools to improve performance and productivity.
I would like to use this product one day for my business.
I have a question here ,is there a similar tool out there ?

Twitter Every Entrepreneur should take care of his business money. The sign of a healthy business or a startup is positive cash flow.
So to manage your money well you need to take a good look at your expenses . I saw many softwares and web tools free and commercial, but there is one which attracted my attention . A Twitter related tool Tweetwhatyouspend can help you manage your costs . Its so simple and straightforward.
It actually does a good way on how to track your spendings by :
- Categorizing your expenses.
- Setting daily limits and alerts if you exceed them.
- Tracking your average daily spending.
- Showing you a graph about expenses.

Twitter So far I have explained two techniques to increase your Twitter followers :
- Using tools that match your interest for example : TwitterGeek .
- Involving in “#Follow Friday” chat on Fridays . For details please Read my post How to increase Twitter followers Part 2 .
Today I will explain a similar method like my second method . #hashtag is similar to “#Follow Friday” but is more general.
Twubs lets you see most popular topics “#hashtags” being discussed in Twitter by showing you :
- Live feed of categorized tweets .
- Popular #hashtags.
- Related feeds, tags or videos.
You can respond to each tweet by : retweeting (RT) , on top of that which I personally like : you can add a photo or a video.
Twubs allows you also to shorten your link.
Twitter is all about socializing with others and sharing topics . So involving yourself with others will eventually makes you popular and increase your followers.

Twitter On my post “ How to increase Twitter followers Part 1 “ I explained how to increase your followers in Twitter by using a web tool TwitterGeek . Today I’m going to use a technique inside twitter search using the famous keyword “#Follow Friday”. I think you have seen this keyword pop on inside Twitter under the Trending Topics on Fridays. So what’s the story behind follow Friday ?
The words explain itself: Just follow or suggest followers on Friday and don’t forget to add the secret tag “Follow Friday” with your tweet.
A nice web tool called http://followfridays.com saves you all this effort by :
- Showing you a stream of tweets about “Follow Friday” in action.
- You can use each tweet by either rewetting it (RT) or replying to it.
- Showing you top followers.
- showing you featured follows.

Twitter Twitter has a notice feature that when ever you get direct message, you receive an email. But it doesn’t have the same feature for @reply .
Twtmailer offers you this service. Just sign up with Twtmailer and its done. Whenever some one reply to your Twitter account, you will receive an email, Cool.

TwitterContd is a nice Twitter tool that has many features:
- Type more than 140 characters (Twitter Limit) up to 1134 characters.
- Upload up to 100 MB of images, audio, video, and documents.
- Create shortcuts for frequent characters (words or numbers) that you use in your post.
- Shorten URLs.
I find this approach very powerful, because it has gathered almost everything that twitter users would like to use.
